Make sure your vote counts!

It’s October second. Voter registration deadlines are rapidly approaching.

If you live in South Carolina, Rhode Island, or Washington, your deadline is Friday 10/4!

Mississippi: tomorrow, 10/3, is your deadline unless your clerk’s office is open Saturday (and then you only have til noon on 10/4)

A dozen or so other states have Monday, 10/6 as their last dates to register.

You can find out how and when to register, and even if you are already registered - double-check your status on the site. CBS News reports that many people have gone missing from the rolls, and you only have a few days to set it straight:
